  1. Your work is outstanding, thank you so much for sharing. I am a bit unclear as to the terms of use however. Are you saying the brushes can be downloaded and used as a tool to create original art, and the original art can be used commercially, but the brush files themselves cannot be distributed for commercial purposes?

  2. Thank you for pointing this out :)
Yes, correctly said. It is clearly stated that you can create design or art using the installed brush sets, but the brush files (before they are installed to your Photoshop application) are not allowed to be re-distributed or re-sold by anyways (from website, CDs or another file sharing services) unless you have our permission.

  5. I would also like to clarify usage of the brushes. I understand that I cannot re-distribute, sell, upload, etc...the brush files themselves> what about creating artwork with those brushes and then selling the artwork (i.e. cafepress.com)?

  11. "you are free to: [...] whether for personal or commercial use"

Why is the CC Logo NC then?

  12. Hi there,
Non-commercial in the CC label means that you are not allowed to redistribute Graphic Identity original zip (or rar) file on your own site, and sell them to another third party.
It is different context as stated in here:
"you are free to: [...] whether for personal or commercial use" ~ because it means you are welcome to use our freebies to design commercial items (publication, printed stuffs, packaging, web-graphic materials, etc.)
I hope this information can help you understand the license of Graphic Identity free design box.

  16. Thank you so much for your time and effort. It is very frustrating trying to design a simple personal website and finding 1 million brushes on deviant art that you are not allowed to use for that purpose. I wish everyone was as open to sharing art and encouraging original creativity as you are.
